To develop a cohesive, unified quadrille team that

• demonstrates teamwork between riders and horses
• represents Solstice Farms with integrity and professionalism
• promotes the sport of dressage through exhibitions and competitions
   

Roles and Responsibilities
Rider must be agreeable to the following criteria:

• Have an independent, secure seat
• Able to walk, trot, and canter for an hour
• Willing to multitask and work within a team effectively
• Want to have fun and be part of a team
• Willing to travel and show off the property
• Attend regularly scheduled practices

Horse must meet the following criteria:

• Have a calm, non-aggressive temperament
• Tolerate other horses in close proximity
• Be brave and sensible to new environments
• Handle trailering and being in new places other than Solstice
• Be fit enough to handle walking, trotting, and cantering for an hour
